Terms and Conditions

1. *PNETS levy NOT included. Currently HK$1.38/Hr
2. Telecom will install the smartbox (location must be covered by telecom and installation takes more than 14 days), prepayment charges will be paid before installation. Broadband modem installation and collection office hour is Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm, HK$180 surcharge out of office hour. cable & software. HK$100 will be charged for change of installation date or cancel of application after installation date confirmed between NETfront and customer. HK$1500 will be charged if modem cannot be returned.
3. Broadband software need to be installed by customer. Customer also needs to purchase and install the network card,
4. Termination of broadband service must be the last day of calendar month and requires ONE month prior notice
5. The above promotion offer applies to first time subscribers only and is subject to change without prior notice.
6. Termination of Broadband within first year requires payment of monthly fee for the remaining contract period.
7. All paid services charges is non-refundable after installation.
8. Netfront will not refund any service charges and will not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with the provision of or failure to provide the service or delay of broadband installation
9. Broadband service relocation charge HK$530
10. One year new contract require for changing service plan from HKC to others.

12. started on the contract date no matter when user starts to use the service. Invoice will be sent to user's NETfront email account and will be auto-paid by credit card. All paid service charges are non-refundable.
