As you may have noticed, some email communications with China encountered problems of delays and failed deliveries since last week. We thoroughly tested our email systems and have confirmed that the problem is on China’s border firewall. All of the Internet Service Providers in Hong Kong encounter the same problem. We are now working closely with China Liaison Office to resolve the problem.
